Single portion desserts, modern cakes, mignon and breakfast pastries - our range is vast and all artisanal. Patisserie is a delicate art, which requires creativity and precision in equal measure. Balance in taste is achieved only by respecting proportions, temperatures, times... with a pinch of creativity mixed in.
We like to experiment with local products, according to seasons and festivities: this is how our Panettone Garda® and Colomba were created, with the addition of Garda olives and candied lemons. We also have Halloween biscuits, Christmas sweets and single portions desserts dedicated to Father's and Mother's Day.
